Your personal identity is not revealed when you visit our website. The name of your Internet service provider, the website from which you visited us, and the name of the file(s) retrieved are, however, gathered and stored. This information is evaluated for statistical purposes only, and is useful in improving our range of products and services. Your anonymity as an individual user remains protected.

2. Gathering and processing of personal data

Personal data is only gathered and stored if you voluntarily provide us with such data, for example, while making a purchase or opening an account. Unless you expressly consent use for other purposes, this information is used solely for contractual purposes (i.e., filling your order) and to process your inquiries; it may also be used for client information purposes relating to our newsletter. Unless you expressly consent to the continued use of your data for other purposes, your personal data is deleted upon completion of the sale and after receipt in full of your payment. Your personal data is stored for the period of time required by law, for tax purposes and for purposes relating to certain provisions of commercial law; it is then deleted.

Your e-mail address will be used exclusively for our own advertising purposes relating to similar goods or services following conclusion of sale, but only within the framework of our newsletter.

You may object to the use of your e-mail address at any time without cost, apart from ordinary communications costs at the base rates. Notice of your objection (and, therefore, your choice not to receive our newsletter) may be served using the link provided in the newsletter for this express purpose, or by other suitable means of communication. Your order data will be sent to you by e-mail or fax. Your personal data will not be used for any other purpose without your consent.

3. Disclosure of personal data

4. Cookies
